Campus Kitchen at WM delivers to four different public housing neighborhoods on Tuesdays and Fridays. The process is relatively simple and is facilitated by a shift leader every time.

The bags for delivery are color-coded with ribbons noting the size of the household. The shift leader has information on which bag will go to which house.

The delivery shift aims to directly connect the volunteers with the neighborhoods and our clients so we can forge better relations with them. We also serve as the listening ears for our clients, in case they request specific changes.

As with any shift, it is an incredibly rewarding experience and volunteers are crucial to the smooth functioning of the shift. You don’t need a car or a driver’s license to volunteer.

Thank you and hope to see you soon at a delivery shift! Email with any questions!
