From the moment that we cheer in our newest sisters on the sunken gardens on Bid Day, they are welcomed into a house filled with warm smiles and familiar faces. After leaving home and embarking on a new college journey, it is comforting to know that you always have a “home away from home” at Kappa Delta. At Kappa Delta, you will always find laughter, smiles, a shoulder to lean on, and most of all, your best friends. The relationships we have formed reach far beyond our chapter walls. At Kappa Delta, we pride ourselves in knowing our memories and friendships will continue long after we leave The College; they will last a lifetime.

Social Events

Whether it’s a night at the house or a night at the delis, there is never a dull moment in the life of a Kappa Delta. Each year we pack our calendars with socials, date functions, pre – football game tailgates, and mixers with different fraternities, sororities, and other campus organizations. Throughout the year, Kappa Deltas can be found gathered on The Terrace, cheering on the Tribe, traveling to concerts, watching movies at the house, and enjoying each others’ company. Some of our favorite social themes include “Spice Girls”, “Throw Down for your Hometown”, “High School Cliques”, and “Jungle Fever”. We also host a formal in the fall to honor our newest members as well as in the spring to honor our graduating seniors.
