W&M Men's Club Lacrosse
Welcome to the official web site of William and Mary Men's Club Lacrosse. Here you can find information about the team at the College of William and Mary. We are always looking for new members and fans so feel free to explore the site and learn more about our team. Be sure to check out photos of our most recent games and feel free to contact the President, Alex Bliss, the Vice President, Andrew Zack, or any of the other club officers if you have any questions. The Men’s Club Lacrosse team was re-activated in the spring of 1999 to promote the sport of lacrosse at the College of William and Mary and to provide and outlet for the extensive interest and enthusiasm for lacrosse amongst the College’s men.
The team is a member of the National College Lacrosse League. We are currently active in the Tidewater division. Our players come from all over the United States ranging from California to New Jersey to Virginia.
After a few years of low activity, the club stepped up the intensity playing 11 games during 2010-2011 year and earning an invitation to the NCLL national tournament. The club hosted a skills clinic fund raiser for the local U11 and U9 teams.
The president of the team for 2010-2011 year, Brice Smith, received the Sport Club Officer of the Year award for all of his hard work and dedication to the team this year. Brice is the only player graduating and not returning to the team next year, so we look forward to an incredibly strong 2011-2012 year.
