The primary officers of Orchesis are the President, Vice President, Secretary, and thee Costume Chairpersons. These officers are integral to the functioning of the company. Along with the choreographers, they provide leadership and assist with many tasks including Dance Placement Evaluation, Theatre and Dance Open House, Activities Night, Orchesis auditions, concert publicity, company warm-ups, concert load-in and strike, display photos, and ongoing communication with the company as a whole.
Elections for new officers are held at the first meeting following the Spring Concert. Officers who become unable to serve at any time will be replaced by means of a special election called by the President and directors.
