My research interests revolve around the concept of organizational learning. Broadly, I am interested in how change impacts organizations, in particular faculty roles and the enactment of leadership. Community colleges provide the context for much of my research interests. Running through these macro concepts is the impact of gender on roles-both in leadership and in the faculty ranks.
