Customize the messages users see
- when they submit the form
- when the form is unavailable (inactive)
These messages are required for every form, so we have provided something to get you started. Simply replace the default messages with your own.
Customize your "Submit" button
Click "Customize submit button" and enter any text you like. This will replace the word "Submit" on the form's button.
Limit the total number of form responses
Click "Limit the total number of form responses" to automatically inactivate your form after a set number of responses is reached. This is a great feature when you want to use your form for event registration.
Note: Once your registration form has maxed out, it will remain
inactive until you either delete responses or increase the maximum
allowed responses AND you manually re-activate the form.
To change these settings on an existing form
- Go to your My Forms page and click the form name or [edit]
- Click the Settings tab
- Click the corresponding Edit button
- Make your changes and click Save
