The My Forms page is your main menu. It provides quick access to all of your forms. This includes those you have created, as well as those for which others have designated you a Form Editor.

Active forms (currently accepting responses)

These forms are currently available and accepting responses. If you no longer wish a form to be active, you can make it inactive or delete it.

Inactive forms (not currently accepting respnses)

People visiting the form will see your custom inactive message. However, you still have full admin functionality -- you can still edit, view response data, delete, re-activate, etc.

Note: Forms with a maximum number of allowed responses will automatically become inactive when the maximum number is reached.

For each form, you can click on:

• the form name - takes you to your Form Summary page
• [responses] - offers several options for viewing or sharing responses
  
• [edit] - takes you to your Form Summary page
  
• [copy] - creates a copy of your form
  
• [delete] - yep, this will permanently delete your form and it's response data. Please export your data before you delete! You may prefer to simply inactivate your form to save it to work with or copy in the future.
