Will I get campus housing if I want it?

Residence Life reserves 50 spaces for transfer students so students should apply as soon as possible on the specified date. Residence Life is often able to fill additional spaces as they become available, but that number has varied from semester to semester.

What is the campus food like?

On the whole, the campus food from dining services is pretty good. All the dining halls tend to have different reputations, but the usage of each is pretty equal. The latest poll results have just been released, and W&M Dining Services has done a great job. We compared favorably to other national universities in many different categories. W&M Dining Services does a great job accommodating student feedback. Comment sheets are available to fill out at every dining hall, and a day later, you’ll see that they’ve posted the card back up with a personal reply. Now that’s service!

What is the social scene like at W & M?

Aside from all the “other events” you can enjoy on weekends, our school boasts one of the greatest event planning boards known to mankind, The University Center Activities Board. AMP is an excellent source of entertainment. There are 12 committees with over 100 people dedicated to making sure the campus is fed with the hottest entertainment. From music to movies, late night to comedy, UCAB has it all. Seriously, you shouldn’t have a problem finding something to do.
