Who can add an event to W&M Events?
All members of the William & Mary community can suggest events for W&M Events. You will need a WMuserid to log in to the event submission page. After entering the details of your event, you will "recommend" to the calendars where you would like your event to appear. Submitted events are reviewed and moderated before appearing on calendars in W&M Events.
What kinds of events can be listed?
A complete listing of available calendars that you can recommend to appears on the submission form. Events should be university-related/sponsored and should fit under one or more of the available calendars; i.e., campus-wide, schools, departments, etc.
Events not acceptable for W&M Events are personal gatherings, private events, and events that are not William & Mary related/sponsored.
