Welcome to the official website of the William and Mary Chemistry Club!  The Chemistry Club acts as a social outlet for all students at The College interested in the chemical sciences.

 

Announcements:

 Chemistry Club to Hold Elections on February 9th

The W&M Chemistry Club will be electing officers for the 2012-2013 academic year on Thursday, February 9th at 7 PM in the ISC 2nd Floor Lobby.  Elections will be run by anonymous ballot by Professor Wustholz and Professor Young.  The election for President will take place first, followed by VP, Treasurer, Secretary, and Webmaster so that those interested may run for multiple positions.  If you are interested in running, please contact Professor Wustholz at kwustholz@wm.edu with the name of the position you would like to run for.

 

W&M Chem Club Sponsors Departmental Speaker

 On Friday, February 10th, the Chemistry Club is hosting Dr. Richard Engler of the US Environmental Protection Agency.  Dr. Engler will be giving an introduction to the field of Green Chemistry.  All chemistry club members and W&M students are invited to sign up for the pizza lunch with Dr. Engler which will be held in the ISC 2nd floor lobby from 12-1:30 PM.  Sign up sheets are located in the Chemistry Department's main office.

 

 W&M Chemistry Club Announces First Annual Magic Show

The Chemistry Club will be holding its first Annual Magic Show this March 19th at 7:30 PM in ISC 1127.  Admission is free.  All Chemistry Club members (and all other students) are encouraged to sign up to perform a magic trick.  Sign up sheets are located in the Chemistry Department's main office.  For more information, please email Magic Show Coordinator Amy Green: amgreen@email.wm.edu.
