A Brotherhood Founded on Mutual Esteem and Dependence

On behalf of the Epsilon Charge of Theta Delta Chi, I would like to warmly welcome you to our website. We hope that this space online will give you a glimpse into the life of our brotherhood and what makes us unique.

You will probably hear several brothers of the Epsilon charge say that they never thought that they would join a fraternity. I was of the same mindset when I first arrived at William & Mary. I had the misconception that all fraternities fit the same negative stereotypes. My views were altered drastically when I met the brothers of Theta Delta Chi, in the fall of my sophomore year. I had never encountered a group that was more accepting or welcoming than these men. I was impressed by their commitment to academics and philanthropy as well as hosting quality social events. I truly felt like this was a group of men I wanted to be associated with, not just for college, but for life.

So, whether you are unsure if Greek life is for you, or you are completely certain you are going to take part in the recruitment process, I strongly encourage you to take advantage of all of the fraternities’ open houses. These events will allow you to get to know the culture of each brotherhood. You might just find an organization in which you feel that you undoubtedly belong. Also remember that this is not just a freshman thing (I joined when I was a sophomore). Be sure to check out the recruitment section of our website for information about Theta Delta Chi’s open houses. I look forward to seeing you and wish you the best.
