Virginia21 is a non-partisan advocacy group designed to help young voters have their voices heard in state government. We are the Commonwealth’s and the country’s first true generational advocate for young people.

Our organization came to life in at the Daily Grind here at William & Mary.  These students realized that young voters did not have a seat at the table of the General Assembly. They found their vehicle in 2002, by starting the “Students' PAC” to support higher education leaders in Virginia with the passage of a major higher education bond referendum. It began by registering students to vote at one campus and quickly turned into the first generational advocacy group for young voters.

Our agenda focuses beyond the next election cycle, on policies that matter for building a better future for students in Virginia. We care about the issues that affect our generation, especially higher education, economic development, and good government.

Meetings are currently held every Tuesday at 8:00pm in James Blair 221.
